Wordless Wednesday: Thrill Rides

It's Wordless Wednesday, and since last week one reader pointed out that my post had too many words to be a "wordless" post, I will try to do better this week. (Geez!)

Thrills: We start out our life with the simplest of thrills..............................

My children loved the swings more than everything else. I liked them, too. (My daughter took this photo, by the way).

By the time we are in our twenties and thirties, we seem to need more dangerous (seemingly) thrills to satisfy. This is a picture of one of the best roller coaster-type rides in Las Vegas.

Call me crazy, but I still prefer the swing!

Sometimes driving the 51 can be as big a thrill as I can handle.

I agree! That ride in Vegas looks down right awful.

I'll stick with the swing too, ack! We went on the roller coaster on the roof of NY NY when we were in Vegas and I about lost it.

I hate tall ladders. Climbing to the top of one is a thrill for me (which I really don't enjoy).

Not in a million years would I dare get on that Vegas ride.

If I could fit my fat butt into one of those tiny blue swings, I'd prefer them as well. come to think of it, at the rate I'm going these days I might make that thing snap off the building in Vegas. Hmmm...I'll pass on both.

Looks like I'm the only one who would love to try that ride in Vegas out!! Next time I'm there, I'll look it up and let you know how it was (although, at this point I have no immediate plans for Vegas . . . bummer).

Raising 6 kids and navigating through this current economy is enough of a thrill ride for me (oh and going to the dentist-see my comment on that post).
