If you could start your blog all over again, what would you do differently?
That's kind of an easy question me, I would have set up less pages on my blog. Well, maybe I would have the same number of pages, but use one page entirely for my blogroll. I have an idea that as soon as I figure how to do it, you will see it. I like all the concepts of each of my pages, but unless I write daily on each of them (and I have never done that), they will never get the following I want. Which pages of my do you prefer and which ones would you change or drop all together? I would love some input.....
I really like your blog design! I find that I read so many blogs I don't always take the time to read all the "pages", I stick to what is on the front page...unless I am following each page - is that possible? But I also know with blogs it is better to sometimes separate certain content to other pages/blogs. So, I don't really know how to help you, but there's my comment. ;-)

ReplyDeleteI think the following has less to do with daily posting and more to do with which link you're leaving on other sites. Most people read & comment on the first few posts at most, and don't look around the rest of the site.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't drop or change any of them, but maybe try a lot more cross-linking? Shameless self promotion never hurt anybody ;)

ReplyDeleteI checked out your other pages (though I hadn't noticed previously that they were even there), and they do seem like a lot of work to keep up. Hell, one is all I can handle! But the site design is really cute. I love the colors. Very inviting.

Hmm. . . I guess I haven't been blogging long enought too know what things I maybe should have done differently?? I am having my gal that did my website boutique help me with a new header for the blog - should be ready this next week!!

ReplyDeleteI prefer this page right here, and I keep forgetting that u have those other pages hehe! Also, there's something called PLANT TYCOON on your sidebar, and I totally misread it as PANTY COOTIES, I have no idea why maybe its because its 7am here :p but it made my day!
ReplyDeleteIf possible, I'd roll it all into one. Less work and probably more traffic for you. I feel sometimes like my posts are all over the place (they are) but it sort of works out in the end.
